Pricing questions
Can I pay for Basic or Pro online?
Not yet. Web checkout is in beta, so paid plans are activated by our team. Email sales@ricord.ai with the plan you want and the email address you sign in with, and we will switch your account over.
What counts toward the Free plan's 10 Ricords per month?
A Ricord counts when it contains audio, whether recorded in the browser or uploaded as an audio or video file. Ricords made only from screenshots and documents do not count toward that limit.
What happens when I reach my limit?
Processing of new audio pauses until your monthly allowance resets or you move to a plan with a higher allowance. Everything you have already created, including your action items and board, stays in your account.
Is there a cap on how long one recording can be?
On Free, recordings can be up to 30 minutes. Basic and Pro have no per-recording length cap; the only limit is your monthly audio hours. Uploaded files can be up to 500 MB each on every plan.
What is Ask Ricord?
Ask Ricord answers questions about a Ricord — what was decided, who owns what, or a draft follow-up email — using its transcript, screenshots, documents and your notes. Each plan includes a monthly number of questions.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Yes. Email sales@ricord.ai or support@ricord.ai and we will move you between plans or back to Free. Your Ricords and action items stay in your account either way.
Do you offer team or annual plans?
Not as a listed plan yet. If you need Ricord for a team, or would like to talk about annual billing, write to sales@ricord.ai and tell us what you need.
